Yoda Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Use of Yoda Platform requires an appropriate license. To request licensing terms, usage guidance, or product support, contact yoda@broadinstitute.org.

You are responsible for deploying and operating Yoda Platform within your own approved security boundary and compliance context. You are also responsible for user access controls, role assignments, and data rights for all users in your environment.

We recommend using the latest released version of Yoda Platform and applying security updates promptly. If you operate an older release, you accept responsibility for risks and compatibility impacts associated with that decision.

Yoda Platform is a product platform; your organization is responsible for lawful use, model governance, and any required policy, consent, or regulatory controls related to your deployment and data workflows.
